How to order?

How To Order

Just follow the simple steps for your order

Step 1:

Email to babyfabmomentz@gmail.com with the following details:

a. Name

b. Contact number

c. Email

d. Parcel Recipient Name ( if this is different from your name)

e. Parcel Recipient Contact Number

f. Shipping Address

g. Product Code/name

h. Quantity, Size & Colour

Step 2:

Check your email for my confirmation.

Step 3:

Full Payment must be made in advance before your order can be processed

and sent. All account and delivery details will be provided in my

confirmation email. Payment must be made within 3 working days after

confirmation to avoid cancellation to your orders.

Step 4:

Notify us your payment through e-mail stating the bank reference number,

bank-in time, date and also the amount of payment that you've

made. Goods will be delivered to you upon receipt of payment. Feedback

is most welcome via email.

Goods Sold Are Not Exchangeable & Refundable.

Terms and conditions:

-Full payment must be made before delivery

-We
will check all our products before delivery, therefore we will not be
held responsible for any product damage that occurs during the process
of delivery or delay.

-All purchases are subjected to delivery fees via Poslaju.

Peninsular: RM6.00 onwards (depend on weight)

- Product colour on the photo may be slightly different from the actual product due to different computer display settings.

-No order cancellation or changes or refundable once payment has been made

-Delivery will be made in 2-3 working days not including Public holidays after you have made the payment.

-Strictly no reservation and we are on a first come first serve basis. Please order through email/facebook page PM.

PRE-ORDER:

You will have to pay a 50% deposit for all Pre-order items.

And the balance is to be paid when the stocks are ready.
